If you run a sales team, case management company, real estate company or any other kind of brokerage and need to assign leads without charging for them.

Depending on what your doing with Monetizelead you may want to charge for a lead or you may want to assign a lead to one of your realtors, sales team members or case managers without charging anything. You can do this by letting them just Accept the lead. See more below.
Under the Option Tab in the menu on the left as seen in the screenshot below. You’ll be able to customize the lead sms notification that is being sent to notify your team or buyers of a new lead.

How to change if your sending a page with an accept button or a buy now button.
If you look close you’ll see something that looks like this |username| or |leadurl| or |teamurl|
When a SMS Lead Notification is sent. Smart placeholders called |handles| are used to tailor messages to the people your assigning leads to or selling them to. Also allowing you to charge for leads or make them ‘acceptable’ which skips the checkout form used to sell a lead.
Making messages personal, deterring potential bad lead sales and lead location.
- |username| is used to display your team member or buyers name to make it personal.
- |leadname| is used to display the leads actual name, making it helpful to deter bad lead purchases.
- |leadzipcode| is used to display the leads zip code that they submitted with the form.
Making a lead purchasable or acceptable by team members or lead buyers.
- |leadurl| is used when you are selling a lead.
- |teamurl| is used when you are making lead acceptable.
When you use |teamurl| in the SMS Lead Template anyone signed up to receive lead notifications for lead types associated with the lead that was submitted will get a link with the SMS that takes them to a page to accept the lead. Instead of a purchase button their is an Accept button. It’ll be recorded like any other purchase but their is not credit card form, after accepting your team will be sent directly to the lead profile contact information. They’ll also get a text message with the leads full profile and contact information.
When you use |leadurl| in the SMS Lead Template anyone signed up to receive lead notifications for lead types associated with the lead that was submitted will get a link with the SMS that takes them to a page to buy the lead that will open up a Stripe checkout form see more about charging for leads with Stripe.
