Blocking IP addresses of troublesome buyers

There may be a number of reasons that you want to stop certain users IP address is from accessing your system. Reasons could range from your buyers charging back leads from their credit card that they bought without asking you to reverse them on your in first. All the way up to a IP address flooding your system with fake accounts to try to hurt your business.

If you go to manage members and click the yellow wheel next to your members row. You can scroll down once in their profile and look up the IP address that they signed up for him and you can copy and paste this into the block IP area, the button in the top right-hand corner on the IP blocking page. Thus stopping them from using your site ever again or until you remove their IP from being blocked.
